How can I track my order?
You can track your order by entering your order number together with your email address or phone number, or simply by entering your tracking number. Once you’ve entered the details and clicked "Track," you’ll see the current status of your order.
It’s normal for the progress bar to remain on "Info received" until the package is delivered. Updates about your shipment will appear at the bottom of the page as it moves through transit.
Do you offer free shipping?
We ship all orders within the UK via Free Premium Delivery. Place your order before 11 PM, and your package will be dispatched the next day at no extra cost.
Can I return item(s) if I don't like them?
