Return Policy

At Vellora London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.


Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

  • Purchasing multiple sizes of the same item with the intention to return some of them is not permitted.


Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via info@velloralondon.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking (Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items that do not meet the return conditions stated above.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided, this is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing your order.
